as far as i know, there are similar concepts around, since three years, i.e. bumptop.
Prior art can be patented?

It look like they was inspired by my 3D Scenarios. Please take a look at “http://www.cryo64.com/assets/scenarios/scenario_levit3g”.
I was waiting these kind of environment for Mac for many years! My scenarios are themes for DesktopX a software for Windows.

This all sounds fantastic, but as I mentioned on my own little blog, I don’t think it will be unleashed for Snow Leopard, but probably in the next version, what ever that will be called?
